Data Erasure Request
You have the right to request deletion of your personal data under GDPR Art. 17 (right to erasure) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Requests are processed within 30 days.
How to submit a request
Email privacy@nself.org from the address associated with your nself.org account. Include:
- Subject: "Data erasure request"
- Your nself.org account email
- Confirmation that you want all personal data deleted
We will confirm receipt within 48 hours and complete deletion within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation once your data has been removed.
What gets deleted
- Your account and profile information
- Subscription and payment records (except where legally required for retention)
- Plugin license assignments
- Usage telemetry linked to your account
Aggregated, anonymized analytics data is not personal data and is not subject to erasure. Financial records may be retained for up to 7 years per applicable accounting law.
