Problem
Switching between local, staging, and production environments requires dropping to the CLI. The Admin GUI shows only the environment it started against.

Solution
An environment switcher in the Admin GUI header. The switcher reads nself env list and lets the user change the active target. All subsequent operations (deploy, logs, services) route to the selected environment. Staging and prod are marked with a warning badge.
