Users do not know what nSelf is working on. Requests get a vague "on the roadmap" reply. There is no accountability for shipped vs cut bets. Competitors using Canny-style infinite backlogs feel dishonest — they promise everything and ship nothing.

Solution
A public roadmap at nself.org/roadmap using Shape Up methodology. Commits are explicit: these are the bets for this 6-week cycle. If a bet gets cut, we say so publicly.
The page shows the current cycle, its bets, appetite, category, and status. Past cycles show what shipped and what was cut. An RSS feed lets subscribers follow shipped bets.
Out of scope
Community voting or upvotes on bets (we are not a Canny clone). Accepted bounties surface as Community Bets — that is the only community input mechanism.
